Easy Spicy Indian Egg Curry ( Dhaba Style anda Masala Recipe)

If you love eggs, and want exciting variation from the regular omelette and bhurgi? , then prepare this super easy egg recipe.

Ingredients4 Boiled Eggs

2 Chopped Medium Onions

1/2 Teaspoon Ginger paste

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic paste2 Green Chilli chopped

3 Tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

2 Tomato puree (

1/2 tsp kasoori methi leaves

5 tbsp oil ( preferably rice bran )

1/2 TSF cumin seeds

3/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp chilli powder ( bhagavati )

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp garam masala ( everest )

salt

3 Teaspoon Besan Flour/Gram Flour/ Chickpea F

How to Make Easy Spicy Indian Egg Curry ? ( Also the Dhaba Style Egg Masala Recipe)

Roast the besan flour in a pan on low heat. Until the raw smell of besan ( chana dal Flour) disappears.

Once it turns light brown in colour, take off from heat and transfer onto a plate.

Boil the eggs first . Peel the boiled eggs from the shells and keep in a bowl.

Add a pinch of turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt and coat the eggs with the powders.

Prick the eggs lightly to penetrate the masala. Heat a pan with half the oil and once become hot,

Roast the eggs gently, make sure that all sides are evenly roasted.

Take out the roasted eggs and keep away in a bowl.

Pour the remaining oil in the pan.Once hot, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and saute for 2-4 minutes.

Then add green chilli, ginger paste and garlic paste and saute again to give away his raw smell .

Now, add the rest of the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and stir well.

Then add tomato puree and combine well. Cook for 5 minutes with lid covered.

Add roasted besan powder at this point and mix well. Add1/2 cup water and mix well. Let it boil until oil shows up. Add salt to taste.

Tip in the boiled and roasted eggs into the masala gravy and coat with masala slowely. Boil for 5 minutes covered and then stir well.

Finally, add kasuri methi leaves(fenugreek leaves), and coriander leaves to it and stir gently.

Cover and cook at a low flame for about 10 minutes continuously and stir once or twice in between.

Serve hot in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
