METHOD –
- Drench rice, daal and methi in water for 5-6 hours.
Toil fine, add salt and enough water to make a dropping consistency and pass on to mature 5-6 hours.
- Hotness tawa, and brush oil over it. When truly hot, sprinkle a little water over it, and pour around 1 cup of player on to it.
