Instant rava masala dosa recipe

For dosa batter :

1/2 cup rava (grinded wheat) or fine semolina

3 tablespoon curd

1/2 cup maida

1 teaspoon Eno Fruit Salt

salt to taste

1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt

For Masala Aloo Stuffing:

2 onions finely chopped

3 potatoes cubed and boiled very well

8-10 curry fried leaves

2 table spoon chopped coconut

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp urad dal ( black gramm)

1/4tsp hing

1 teaspoon peanuts roasted

1 tbsp chopped coriander

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

2 chopped green chillies

1 red chilli dry

salt as per taste

Teaspoon fell lemon juice

3 tbsp oil.

Rava masala dosa recipe

Soak 1/2 cup fine semolina ( rava ) ,rice flour and maida with curd in one bowl

Add little salt and water as you need to make a thick batter. Batter should not be too thick.

Cover and let it Aside for half hour or more.

Meanwhile boil potatoes and mash it vigorously. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry curry leaves.Set aside.

Sprinkle mustard seeds, urad dal in it and 1 dry red chilli. When they crackle,add hing.

Add chopped onion and fry till onion changes colour. Add smashed potato,turmeric, red chilli powder and salt to taste.

Also add roasted peanuts, coconut, lemon juice, curry leaves to it.

Fry for few minutes. Your Masala potato stuffing is ready.

Dilute the dosa batter to make a semi solid consistency. Heat a non-stick frying pan to a medium flame .

Drizzle oil and pour a ladleful of batter . And swirl it around.

Fry on medium flame till it gets crispy underneath and porous outward.

Fry and Flip just once and set aside . Make all dosa similarly.

Apply ghee and add portion of potato stuffing to it and roll your dosas .

Serve hot healthy rava masala dosa in breakfast, lunch or dinner . Eat with mixed pickle,sambar or coconut chutney.
