for 3 servings
3 large russet potatoes
⅓ cup olive oil(80 mL)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
½ cup vegetarian parmesan cheese(55 g)

First Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Preheat for atleast 10 minutes.
The Thoroughly wash potatoes . Remove all the moisture.
Cut the potatoes in half, and slice into wedges.
Take olive oils and seasonings in a Bowl.
Toss wedges in olive oil and seasonings.
Place on a baking sheet, skin side down.
Place the potato wages in the oven.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Your potato wadges are ready to eat.
